noisy parking lot lack of warning
i stayed in a beach facing apartment and sleeping was near impossible. the public parking lot its noisy all night. hooting, revving cars, and people shouting was horrendous. the hotel dont warn guests about this, especially ones coming with a baby.

excellent fitness friendly staff
The breakfast balcony provided a spot to start the day! The staff were wonderfully polite and friendly. The location of this hotel is perfect. Kite Beach has excellent fitness facilities.
The public car park near the hotel can be noisy at night. rev engines.

I found the gym well stocked with various equipment. The location IS fantastic, being right next to the beach. The pool's size was good, and the water temperature was comfortable. The staff members were really good, always cute and helpful during my time there.

pleasant stay, some minor issues
beach access friendly lifeguard dated decor slow service
i really loved the direct beach access , it was super convenient. the pool area was also great , the lifeguard was very attentive and friendly.
the room decor felt a bit dated , it could use some modernization. also , the service at the restaurant was a little slow one evening , but the food was still tasty.
